Margaret is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur, author, and business trainer with over 40 years of experience. She is the CEO of Hope and Restoration, a non-profit organisation that empowers disadvantaged individuals—especially single fathers and lone parents—to establish thriving businesses and transform their lives.

Having supported over 1,700 people, Margaret trains educators to assist others in overcoming barriers and reaching their full potential. She is the founder and event host of The Father's Talk Show and Kings & Queens in a Conversation – 21st Century, platforms that spotlight honest discussions on fatherhood, relationships, and personal growth.

Her mission is to restore hope, build futures, and inspire purpose through business, education, and dialogue.
